Cactee - an Endangered Species?

Ever since I was little I'm fond of cactee. They look funny, they don't need much water, and they keep the cat off the windowsill.

Out in the wild they grow huge and old because nothing comes along and eats them.

Up until now:

Yummy!

Serving suggestion: Take a Nori and roll a Cactus Maki, serve with Wasabi and rice. ;)
